• Teams update Odoo accurately and on time

• SOPs, calendars, checklists, and reporting cycles are followed

• Monthly budgets align with planned activities

• Team performance is tracked and communicated transparently

• Remote teams stay coordinated, supported, and accountable

• Training, HR compliance, and staff development are consistently delivered

GGEM Farming, a rapidly growing, farmer-first food systems enterprise working across Malawi and Southern Africa is hiring a Snr Fundraising Administrator to drive our 2026 global fundraising strategy. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented and ambitious professional with strong experience in grant writing, research, donor engagement, and strategic fundraising.

What You Will Do:

• Lead GGEM’s global fundraising pipeline

• Manage donor relationships across US, Europe, and Africa

• Drive applications and referral-based fundraising

• Lead research and proposal development

• Support debt financing preparation

• Coordinate storytelling and impact documentation

• Strengthen internal processes and team capacity

• Work closely with the Co-Founder on strategic growth

We are looking for a Snr Communications Administrator to strengthen how we communicate with customers, farmers, partners, funders, and internal teams.

The Role

You will lead all communications across GGEM, ensuring that we tell our story clearly, consistently, and strategically.

You will manage multi-audience communication, deliver strong donor-facing reports, support customer and farmer engagement, and coordinate all major internal and external messaging.
