Position Summary
The Seed Development Administrator will establish and lead GGEM’s seed development initiatives. This role requires expertise in building systems from the ground up, focusing on legume and grain research. Over a 6-month tenure, the administrator will create scalable systems to meet organizational objectives, transitioning to periodic support as needed thereafter.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in seed development or agricultural research.
- Proven experience in establishing programs or systems from scratch.
- Specialization in legume crops; familiarity with grains is a bonus.
Skills:
